Whilst we and our partners are working hard to ensure that we still provide our usual high levels of service, the disruption caused by the current Global situation may in some cases lead to delays in despatch or deliveries, and also may slow our response time for customer service queries. Please be aware that we cannot accept liability for any expenses incurred because of delayed or unsuccessful deliveries. Your satisfaction is our greatest priority and you can be sure we will try to solve any issues that you might have.
If you change your mind, or any of our products fall below the standard you would expect and you wish to return the item, you must notify us within 30 days of the date that the products were delivered to your address. In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect order or a substituted item, please accept our apologies.
